Working in public
Toward decision infrastructure for the problems worth solving.
This is the institutional-scale rung of the same loop the rest of the site runs at team scale.
The highest-leverage thing you can build is rarely another product — it's the layer that makes a decision better: the evidence gathered, the reasoning made traceable, the outcome fed back so the next decision improves. I'm researching what that looks like at the scale of institutions and global problems, and publishing the work as it happens — evidence first, every claim traceable to a source.
Nothing here is a pitch. It's a notebook kept in the open.

One lithography vendor, one island, one packaging step gate every advanced chip — and the binding constraint quietly slid downstream to packaging. A product-leader's teardown: evidence, prioritization, an honest bet.
Enterprises scored 0–5 across 12 dimensions of the knowledge → decision → learning loop, each score cited to a source. Growing 5 organizations per day toward 100.
The thesis this tests: no platform runs the full evidence → decision → learning loop across domains. Scored, cited, updated.

Longer, citable research. Each paper will carry a DOI (via Zenodo) so the work is referenceable, not just readable. The first is in progress.

A low-frequency note for people building toward the same thing — new teardowns, artifacts, and what the research is turning up. No cadence promises, no filler.
